The Ottawa University women's soccer team's season is over after a 1-0 loss in the KCAC conference finals to Kansas Wesleyan University (KWU) on Nov. 15. "Obviously the girls are disappointed, but they are also very proud of their successful season," Molly Grisham, assistant coach, said.
Heading into the KCAC cross country national championship senior Justin Garrard was seen as one of the top runners in the KCAC and he didn't disappoint. Garrard finished 2nd with a time of 25:29, qualifying for his third Nationals appearance in four years.
The Lady Braves volleyball team had little success this year, ending their season with an overall record of 5-29. The team was ranked 9 in the KCAC with a conference record of 4-14. Freshman Brittany Bush played middle blocker for the team throughout the season.
